B-MIXER

3D diagram of B-Mixer material circulation
Guaranteed Quality Dry mortar produced by the Boden Mixer ensures consistent, high-quality results. The equipment effectively eliminates agglomerates, ensuring uniform blending. Box scrapers guide the material flow towards the parallel mixing augers. The dispersed material is directed into the five-compartment space of the box, moving in opposite directions to achieve thorough secondary mixing of the circulating material stream. Its dual-drive mechanism effectively resolves the issue of central material agglomeration—a common drawback of traditional horizontal mixers.
High Production Efficiency Historical Production Data for Boden Mixer Version 1.0:
Feeding: 3 min
Mixing: 5 min
Discharging: 3 min
Capacity: Up to 5 batches/hour continuously, with a batch capacity of 1,000 kg (at a specific bulk density).
The B-Mixer offers a low initial investment. As a specialized powder mixing solution, Boden guarantees high-efficiency blending while eliminating the aforementioned drawbacks. It is highly suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises. The equipment can be integrated into automated production lines or installed and operated independently in manual mode, eliminating the need for massive installation space.
Low Energy Consumption Offers superior energy utilization compared to traditional horizontal mixing equipment.
Minimal Equipment Wear The B-Mixer features wear-resistant liner plates. The primary wear parts are the auger blades parallel to the box. With fewer wearing parts, maintenance and replacement are highly convenient.
Safe & Reliable Operation Equipped with a PLC control system for intuitive, visual operation. The system offers both fully automatic and manual modes, allowing users to directly adjust parameters such as formulas and mixing times via the control panel. Motors are protected by automatic circuit breakers, and emergency stop switches are located near the mixer to ensure safe operation.
Convenient Maintenance The side wall of the box is equipped with a 500 mm × 400 mm inspection door secured by screws and a quick-release latch. This allows operators to visually monitor the mixing process and provides access for maintenance when necessary.
